Enrollment for the 2025-26 school year at Soapstone Preschool opens in January 2025.
Soapstone Preschool reserves the right to have the final decision in placing children into each class. We look at many factors, including the boy-to-girl ratio, class & student needs, and other considerations. We commit to doing our best to give each family their first-choice class, if possible.
January 13, 2025: Tier 1 – Currently enrolled families, siblings
January 16, 2025: Tier 2 – SUMC families, previously enrolled families, those currently on the waitlist
January 23, 2025: Tier 3 – General Public
Applications are considered complete only after the online application submission and receipt of a registration fee payment.

Camp runs Monday–Thursday; 9:15 am – 12:45 pm
Open to rising 3-year-olds through Rising Kindergarteners (must be 3 by 8/31/25)
Camp Fee: $190 per session
Session 1: June 2-June 5 “Space Camp”
BLAST-OFF for a whirlwind trip to outer space! We will explore the space beyond through process art, music and play, and discover what lies beyond through planet Earth.
Session 2: June 9-June 12 “Messy Art”
This week is perfect for the little Picasso in your life! We will explore unconventional methods of making art. We will swing, move, step, spray, swat, and spin our artwork into existence. No matter what we do, it will be lots of fun. Warning: Art Camp will be messy.
Children will bring their own snack & lunch (including water) daily for both weeks of camp.
The Summer Camp Commitment Form will go live on our “Classes and Registration” page at 10:00am on Monday, February 24, 2025.
Withdraw Policies
*There is a $35 non-refundable deposit for camp (included in the $190 camp fee).
*Withdraws must be made in writing to the preschool office, and will follow the timeline below:
- Written Notice between March 1 – April 30: If received between March 1 and April 30, your camp fees, minus the $35 deposit, will be refunded
- Written Notice after April 30: If received after April 30, no refund will be given for your camp fees
