What if prayer could be stripped down to its bare essentials — just three honest words? In her book Help, Thanks, Wow, Anne Lamott invites us to meet God exactly where we are: desperate and asking for help, relieved and overflowing with gratitude, or simply stopped in our tracks by awe and wonder.
Our 2027 Soapstone UMC Women’s Retreat will give us the opportunity to exhale, reconnect, and explore these simple words that draw us deeper into the heart of God.
Registration is now open—and spots are limited. We only have 30 available, and they’re expected to fill quickly. Early registration is strongly encouraged to guarantee your place and help us expand accommodations if needed.
