When your loved one dies, please contact the church office at 919-846-2212 to let a staff member know. One of the pastors will contact you to see how we might be of support. If you would like to have the funeral/memorial service at Soapstone UMC, we will meet with you and determine a date and time, based on staff and sanctuary availability. If the deceased is a church member or if the service is to be held at Soapstone, the office will send an email notice to the congregation.
