November 14-December 12, the ladies will be learning in a study, “Grateful – Bible Study Book: Giving Thanks to God in All Things” by Lifeway Women.
Fostering a heart of gratitude brings such blessing and joy to our lives and to those around us. Being grateful turns our eyes off ourselves and helps us cherish our time and relationships in a new way. When we are a thankful people, we point to our good God who loves and provides for us. But how can we develop grateful hearts?
The Bible shows us that becoming a thankful person begins with acknowledging how the One who owes us nothing has given us everything. Truly grasping God’s goodness to us begins a process of growing in gratefulness that can be cultivated into a continual harvest of gratitude, regardless of the circumstances.
Spend 4 weeks examining reasons to be grateful to God. Each week you’ll look at a profile of someone in the Bible with a grateful heart, find teaching from Scripture on gratefulness, focus on a psalm of thanksgiving, and be encouraged to practice gratitude. When you’re able to see the biblical basis of living with a grateful heart, you will be more motivated to thank God in all things.

In this 7-session study, Vaneetha Risner tackles the hard questions and offers a scriptural framework to help you find hope in your pain. She will be a gracious guide through this difficult topic, walking with you as you meet women in the Bible who suffered loss, and sharing her own experiences of longing and grief. In the end, you’ll find that the answers to your deepest questions can be found in the character, goodness, and sovereignty of God.

March 6 – April 10, the ladies will be learning in a study, “Luke in the Land” – Kristi McLelland (Available August 1, 2024)
In our Bibles, we have four Gospels describing Jesus’s time on earth: Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John. The land of Israel—the place Jesus walked and taught during His earthly ministry—is often referred to as the “fifth Gospel.”
Follow Kristi McLelland through Israel as we study snapshots from the Gospel of Luke to see where the stories of the Bible took place. Over 7 sessions in this Bible study workbook, challenge the way you read the accounts of Jesus through teaching videos that take you to locations in Israel like Bethlehem, the Sea of Galilee, Gethsemane, Jerusalem, and the road to Emmaus. Along the way, you’ll see how Jesus, the Messiah, brought His kingdom to earth for everybody.
