GriefShare
Healing from grief is not easy. It’s a long, sometimes painful process. We want to help you on your journey toward recovery. We hold a 12-week GriefShare group on Monday nights from September through December. Please contact the church office for more information. During other times of the year, you can find a GriefShare group here.

Survivors of Suicide
The North Raleigh/Wake Forest Survivor of Suicide and Loss group meets on a monthly based at Soapstone United Methodist Church in Raleigh, NC. The group meets on the 2nd Wednesday of each month 7:00 – 8:30 pm in room 201.

Online Dementia Caregiver Support Groups
The Dementia Alliance of NC offers online/Zoom caregiver support groups which provide caregivers a time for social interaction and a safe place to ask questions, get ideas, express emotions, and receive empathetic support. Many groups offer an educational component with expert advice on caregiving topics. To learn more, click here

Safe Talk/Safe Space LGBTQ+ Support Group
The Reconciling Ministries Team of Saint Francis UMC in Cary invites members of the LGBTQ+ community, ages 17-25 to this facilitated support group.
