Shrove Tuesday Pancake Supper
Shrove Tuesday is the day of using up
indulgent baking ingredients before Lenten fasting, a day when early Christians confessed and were “shriven” (absolved) from their sins.

Join us for a warm and welcoming celebration of Shrove Tuesday, a cherished tradition that marks the day of using up indulgent baking ingredients before the solemn season of Lenten fasting begins. Historically, this was also a time when early Christians would confess and be “shriven” (absolved) from their sins in preparation for Lent.
We invite everyone—friends, family, and community members—to gather with us on Tuesday, March 4, from 5:30 to 7:00 PM for an evening of delicious food, meaningful fellowship, and creative crafts. Come enjoy this special time together as we embrace tradition, connect with one another, and share in the joy of the season. We look forward to seeing you there!
Volunteers are needed to set up, cook, and clean up! Sign up here.
