Intro to Realm Connect
Soapstone utilizes a Church Management System called Realm Connect for a majority of our communication. Here is a short video about the system: https://player.vimeo.com/video/212612163
You can access Realm Connect via the following URL: https://soapstoneumc.org/realm
It is best to use Google Chrome from a desktop or laptop computer the first time you setup your account. This works better than a cell phone.
We encourage everyone to download the mobile app. It is available in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

If you have difficulty when logging in for the first time on the mobile app, enter “SoapstoneUnited” when you see “Invite Code”. Initial login from mobile app should work.

- The directory is easy to navigate to find other church members.
- You can easily see all groups available at Soapstone and where appropriate ask to join.
- Learn, register and pay (when applicable) for church events.
- Communication among teams is kept in a central location. So, when a new member joins a group they are able to go back in time to see what has been discussed, previous shared files, etc.
- You can determine how you want to be contacted and how you want to respond- via mobile app, email or via web browser.
- It is very easy to monitor your past giving to the church. You can also add/monitor your progress of your Pledges.
