North Raleigh Ministries
Life is filled with moments of stunning uncertainty. No one knows this more than our clients. We help our neighbors in financial crisis to immediately assess the situation, provide food assistance, and set a custom plan in motion to help them navigate through the crisis – emerging stronger, better, and more equipped to handle life’s challenges.
North Raleigh Ministries Crisis and Development Center needs volunteers due to its move to a new and larger facility on East Millbrook Road and the offering of more programs. NRM helps those in financial crisis build a vibrant, purposeful, and healthy life through food assistance, transformative programs, and supportive community partnerships. If you are interested or if your group would like to volunteer together, contact https://northraleighministries.com/volunteer-opportunities/
NRM is also starting the Journey Program, a 12-week program designed to foster hope, break the cycle of financial stress, and plan for a self-sustaining future. They need a group of 5-7 volunteers to help with hospitality and childcare for their Fall program starting September 4-November 20. The program is on Wednesday evenings 5:30 to 8:30 for 12 consecutive weeks. For additional information, contact Rashiidah Richardson, rashiidah@northraleighministries.com or call 919-844-6676 x 157.
