“The Mission Mini-Grant Matching Program (MMP) empowers groups to turn their passion for service into action by providing matching funds for meaningful mission projects. Through this program, Soapstone United Methodist Church seeks to encourage community engagement, support impactful outreach, and inspire new opportunities to serve and build the Kingdom of God.”

The Mission Mini-Grant Matching Program (MMP) from Soapstone United Methodist Church provides up to $250 in matching funds for group-led mission projects that make a positive community impact. Open to groups of three or more participants, the program encourages new mission opportunities, community engagement, and continued service involvement. Eligible projects must align with Soapstone’s mission criteria and include post-project follow-up reporting. Use the links below to learn more about eligibility, requirements, and how to apply.

Application Requirements
– Group application with at least three applicants
– Fundraising details required
– At least one Soapstone UMC member or constituent
– Follow-up participation required

Mission Project Criteria
– Positive impact on more than one person
– Not affiliated with current significant Soapstone partnerships
– Opportunity for future engagement
