Adult Council is offering an online course through BeaDisciple.com, an introduction to John Wesley’s life. It will look at his biography through the eyes of those familiar with the Wesley historic sites in England: the pastor who oversaw the Epworth Rectory Museum; an Oxford church leader on his college days; a chaplain of the New Room in Bristol describes his field preaching; and the assistant pastor of City Chapel in London talks about him as a preacher. Along with these interviews, there will be daily reading in British Methodist historian John Telford’s 1880’s Wesley biography. Students use a discussion board to look at each day’s lesson.
