Soapstone BOOMERs (Bunch Of Older Methodists Enjoying Retirement) help in various ways several times a month all over North Raleigh. Things they have helped on would include, building ramps that are handicapped accessible for church members and community members, painting rooms in the church, yard work at SUMC and in the community, moving furniture for the staff, and so much more.
