Instructions for Registration:

Returning Families:

• Complete the online application form
• Upon submission, you will be automatically invoiced and charged your registration fee, using your existing payment method that is set up in your Procare account. If you pay by check, a check for the registration fee is due on January 17 by 12:45 pm for a guaranteed spot (not class). If pay via Procare, you must submit your application on January 17 by 12:45pm for a guaranteed spot (not class).
• The registration fee is based on your first-choice class, regardless of what class you are actually placed.  No changes will be made to the initial registration fee.
• Please upload your completed 2024-2025 Soapstone Preschool Medical Form, along with your child’s current immunization records, to the “Documents” section of your child’s Procare account no later than August 10, 2024. Emailed copies to the preschool office and hard copies will not be accepted. There is a $25 late fee for medical forms not uploaded by 8/10/24. If you have a doctor appointment conflict, please contact the director.

New Families:

• Complete the online application form. Please note that online forms will not be accepted until the date in which your priority group is eligible for registration.
• Mail or drop-off a check in-person, made payable to Soapstone Preschool, for your registration fee, plus $10 for your child’s Soapstone Preschool tote bag, on the date your priority group is eligible for registration. Checks will be received beginning at 10:00 am on January 22 and January 24.  Applications will only be considered complete upon receipt of your registration check.

• If admitted, you will be provided with instructions on how to join Procare, our online communication and bill-paying tool.

Families will be notified by February if they have been accepted into the preschool.  Families will be notified by late March regarding class choice placement. Specific class lists & teacher assignment will be distributed in August 2024.

Soapstone Preschool Summer Camp 2024

Summer Camp Commitment Form

Session 1:  Monday, June 3 – Thursday June 6; “Summer Olympics“

Session 2:  Monday, June 10 – Thursday, June 13; “Beach & Ocean!” 

Summer Camp is open to existing rising three-year-olds (3 on or before August 31, 2024) through rising Kindergarteners. Children will bring their own snack & lunch (including water) daily. The fee is $160 per child/per session.

Registration for summer camp is on a first-come, first-serve basis, based on the submission of a Summer Camp Commitment Form. The link to the commitment form will go live for existing families on Monday, February 26 at 10:00am.

If you are placed in a summer camp spot based on the commitment form, you will receive a paper registration form to complete. Paper registration forms, along with full payment (via Procare or check) must be submitted within 48 hours in order to secure your spot. 

 Registration Instructions

1. Complete the 2024 Summer Camp Commitment Form. The commitment form link will go live on Monday, February 26 at 10:00am.
2. If you are placed, you will receive a paper copy of the registration form. The registration form and full payment (Procare, check) must be received in the preschool office within 48 hours to hold your spot. 
3. If we do not receive your registration form and payment, we will move to the next family on the waitlist.
4. We know plans for the summer may change. If your child is unable to attend for any reason, please let the office know as soon as possible, as this impacts staffing needs. We will provide a full refund for any withdraws prior to April 15th, and we will offer a 50% refund for withdraws prior to May 1.
